A private room, cast in a pipe.
One person, about 10–12 m², inside a shell roughly 3 m across and 4 m long. Rental first.
How it works
Four steps, still on paper.
- 01An engineered RCC pipe or precast shell is set on a prepared pad. No ad-hoc cutting.
- 02The interior is lined: bed, desk, pantry niche, bathroom.
- 03Power, cooling, water, and drainage are designed, not guessed. The AC size waits on a heat-load calculation.
- 04You book a pilot slot. A code and QR are issued. They open a door only after a unit exists.
