Inside Model P1, on paper

Model P1 is the only plan we are drawing. The shell is about 3 metres in diameter and 4 metres long. The target floor area is 10–12 m². Occupancy is one.

The sequence of the room

The door is at the front. Sleep sits just inside, then a work zone with a desk and task light. A niche holds a 45–90 litre fridge, shelves, and a small counter. The bathroom is at the rear so the wet zone is contained: compact toilet, shower, basin, waterproofing, anti-slip floor, and a small electric water heater.

Cooling is an inverter split of about 0.8–1 tonne, and only after a heat-load calculation. A pipe in an Ahmedabad summer is not a place to guess. The planning fit-out totals ₹3,62,000. That is a target sum, not a quote.
