Terms for a pilot reservation.

List prices, the GST line, and the ₹3,62,000 fit-out are targets. They are not quotations, tax invoices, or promises of a return.

You may cancel a future confirmed slot from your dashboard. Online payments are not refunded automatically. Write through support and the pilot team will handle it manually.

Access codes expire at the end of the slot. Sharing a code, trying to book more than one person into a pod, or treating a demo pin as a street address is outside these terms.

Smart-pod controls on the dashboard are a labelled demo. They do not operate a lock, glass, light, or air conditioner.

The site is provided as a pilot tool. Liability for a stay that has not been built is limited to the amount you paid for that reservation, if any.
