Draft
Privacy notice for the pilot site.
Have counsel review this before you rely on it. It is a working draft aligned with the spirit of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, not a certification.
We store the account you create: name, email, optional phone, and a hash of your password. If you use Google, we store the account link that Google returns. We store reservations, access codes, maintenance tickets, and form submissions (waitlist, contact, partner).
We use that data to run the ledger, send the emails listed in the product (confirmation, reminder, cancellation, password reset, and an automatic reply to a form), and to let an admin see occupancy. We do not sell the list.
Email is sent through Resend or SMTP when those keys exist. Otherwise the message is written to the server log. Payment card data is handled by Razorpay when you choose online payment. We store the order and payment identifiers, not your card number.
You can ask for a correction from the contact form. Demo accounts and seeded sample rows are marked and can be removed by reseeding the database.
