A twelve-week pilot, still a plan

The roadmap on the partner page is a sequence, not a promise. Weeks 1–2 are for demand: a goal of 20 users and 5 owners or employers. Weeks 3–4 are for engineering and supplier quotes that should replace every number on the cost page. Weeks 5–8 are a single prototype. Weeks 9–12 are a controlled pilot only if design, permissions, and the prototype say yes.

What the website is for

This site is the operating sketch: accounts, a reservation ledger, access codes, maintenance notes, and a partner form. Paying here, when online payment is switched on, is a pilot reservation. Pay-at-site is the fallback when Razorpay keys are absent. Neither one is a hotel booking for a finished room.

If you want to be counted in the first conversations, join the waitlist or send a site proposal. Say who you are. We would rather have a short, true note than a long, vague one.
