Privacy & Security System
Private spaces for work, rest and everyday life. Privacy is one of OPod India’s biggest selling points — not an optional feature. People are paying for a private space, not just a concrete tube with a bed inside.
Recommended for all five planned models. No unit has been built. Figures such as ~45 dB are design targets and may vary with final materials and site conditions. Nothing here is a certified claim or a granted NOC.

Business rule
Never install CCTV inside sleeping, working, changing or bathroom pods. Even a camera marketed as a security feature can destroy customer trust. For emergency response, use an assistance button and external common-area monitoring instead.
Privacy must be physically tested. Sound insulation, door security, ventilation and emergency access need proper engineering validation before anyone stays the night. Design targets are not certifications.
Five models
Planned pod types within the rental ecosystem. Model P1 hourly / overnight / monthly pricing stays the commercial frame.
